Our custom hatch repair means you have your exact hatch back with a NEW lens installed. The price will vary by the size of the Acrylic measured by the inch and rounded up to the next 1/4 inch. Our standard color is smoked gray. Other colors are available as special order.

We remove your old acrylic and use it as the exact templet to make a new lens for your hatch. We inspect the gasket and when ever possible reuse that same gasket per the manufacturers recommendation. If a new gasket is required the price is by the inch and varys from hatch to hatch.

Other services can also be added on for additional cost, such as:

*We can have your frame powder coated before installing your new acrylic.
*Install a customer supplied vent or fan into the acrylic.
*Install New handles.

Repairing your existing hatch usually costs about 1/2 the price of buying a new hatch and there is NO need to cut into your deck or headliner since it is the EXACT fit.
